This is the story of Hunter and Claire. The writing style followed what you would normally expect from a Southside book. The author not only gives you the story about Hunter and Claire, but you get to see some of the other drama unfolding with the Skulls from your favorite character’s perspective. The deeper this series goes I begin to develop more respect for Angel. She’s never been my favorite, and as you can read in my earlier reviews I was never 100% sold on her and Dax. However, I really feel she has redeemed herself in this book.
As far as Claire and Hunter go I really like them as a couple, and can’t wait to see them pop back up in other books. I like that they both decided on each other, and there wasn’t a lot of back and forth decision making. The drama outside their relationship is enough, so I was glad their relationship itself had minimal drama. Hunter is a really solid dude, who tries to do what is right, and understands that the law isn’t always righteous. Even though he isn’t a skull he is a honorary family member, and I am excited to see these two pop back up in the rest of the series.
And why would you be interested in a woman who has already attacked you once, and will do it again if she has to?
Hunter Donovan has just walked into a world of trouble, while doing his job as a Bounty Hunter, and looking for the man who killed his brother.
Claire just wants to get on with her life, and a sexy, hot, biker, bounty hunter, is not what she needs right now…or is he?
This is the 7th book in the Southside Skulls MC Series. It is a Standalone Romance Novel but characters from the previous novels, DAX, CODY, GUNNER, ZACK, LEVI and KAT are included in this story too.
The Southside Skulls MC Series is about members of the MC club, their associates, and friends.
Each story, while focused around one or more main characters, is not necessarily about a Southside Skulls club member, but the story is related to Skulls members and the club.
HEA and No cliffhanger.
Intended for Mature Readers
